Polka-Dot Classy

Shirt - Hand-me-down, no tag?
Shoes - Madeline

So, this high school (Woodlands) sort of nearby where I reside is doing a super cool thrift-store experience during their lunch periods on Friday May 3rd and Monday May 6th. They have a blog! and the Valentino shorts are lovely. I very very very much want them. I do not go to this school, and I have exams on both days. I'm debating whether it is worth it or not...... I think it is! I mean, the hour before my exam, I should be relaxing, right? Just mini-reviewing?

This is quite the dilemma. Exams are really soon and I'm just freaking out and panicky and anxious about the future. So I'm dressed up a tad more than usual, and I still really couldn't study today. I read a bunch of articles on how to focus on studying, but I don't think they did me much good.

But yeah! Thrifting is great and I wish I got to do it more often. Unfortunately, I usually find better deals in fash fashion stores and/or can't justify making my already empty wallet even emptier. But it's still great! And I hope to commit to it more frequently once I'm in university.

Anyways, this post was posted so late, even though I've been working on it for over an hour (and it's not even long!), because I've been too lazy to go upstairs to my room and check what brands my clothes are from. Life right now is really draining, but I know my energy and happiness levels should perk up after May 9th. Goodnight lovelies!

  1. i think that if you wore more flattering/higher-end shoes or even heels, the outfit would have looked better. same goes with your other outfits, focus on your footwear - it can make or break everything else. also your tights look a little bit on the big end, maybe go without them for when you wear skirts/ unless its really cold. and this is all just constructive criticism, everything else looks great.

    1. Thanks for the suggestions! I will try my best to focus more on my footwear, though I am just going to school or the library, haha!
