Does this not look like a postcard? Pretty impressed with my slowly improving photography skills!

Canals are pretty. 

If I had more time, I probably would have just found a nice bench spot by a canal and hung out water/people watching. Everything was so quaint, but it was super busy on a Saturday afternoon!

Actually the best waffle I've ever eaten - regular Belgian waffle with whipped cream. Absolutely hit the spot. 

Sometimes getting random strangers to take pictures of you is awkward. Sometimes you get lovely shots like this that make it worthwhile!

If you look closely, the fence itself has lace-like patterns on them. Apparently lace in Belgium is a big thing!
